3. Business Listings

  • Listings are curated by BotBorne's team. We reserve the right to accept, reject, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion.
  • Submitting a listing does not guarantee publication.
  • Featured and Spotlight listings are paid tiers with additional visibility. Payment is non-refundable once the listing is published.
  • You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to submit it.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on BotBorne (text, design, code, branding) is owned by BotBorne unless otherwise noted. Business logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without permission.

5. Affiliate Links & Monetization

Some links on BotBorne (particularly on our Tools page) may be affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through those links, at no additional cost to you. We only recommend tools we genuinely believe are useful.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or spam listings
  • Scrape or crawl the Site in a way that degrades performance
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Site for any illegal purpose
